Guided Mikvah Tours
We are delighted to offer a meaningful and educational Mikvah Tour Experience—a sacred opportunity to explore the history, significance, and practice of this ancient Jewish tradition. Participants will learn about the rituals, symbolism, and contemporary uses of the Mikvah, gaining a deeper understanding of its role in Jewish life today.
Whether you are a synagogue community, a Rosh Chodesh circle, a sisterhood or brotherhood group, a b’nai mitzvah class, a family preparing for a wedding, or friends simply curious to learn more, the Mikvah Tour offers a meaningful opportunity to deepen your understanding of this sacred tradition.
Please note, our Mikvah Tours do not include immersion. If you are a group looking for an immersion experience, please see our Shared Immersion Experience web page.
Please email mikvah@aju.edu to schedule your tour and include your name, if you are affiliated with an organization, and how many people are in your group.
Details
Cost: $200 per hour
Group Size: 20 people, $25 extra for every 5 additional people in the group
Time: Reserve for 1 or more hours depending on group size and desired pacing
Deposit Required: A deposit will secure your time; unused time will be refunded
What’s Included:
Exclusive access to the Mikvah space during your reserved time
Personalized experience: create your own ritual with group intentions or individual ones
